Charlie brings vast experience in training and management development, organization change and development, international management, and human resource management. Like Bill, he reminds us that our work with talent is only relevant if it demonstrably contributes to the accomplishment of organizational goals. Charlie received his PhD in 1981 from Syracuse University, his MOB in 1977 MOB from Brigham Young University and his BS, also from Brigham Young, in 1975. In addition to his university work, he has worked with Northrop Grumman, China-Europe International Business School and FedEx. He has specialized in International HRM, Training & Development and Human Resource Management He has been published extensively and has been awarded a Fulbright Scholar Appointment to China in 2006 and a Sr Specialist Fulbright Appointment to Austria in 2005. He has received 4 Nominations and 2 Awards for Best Paper, Western Academy of Management Annual Conference.
