Danielle began her career in mental health as an EAP Specialist and Intake Coordinator for United Behavioral Health. Soon she found herself also working as an Organizational Development specialist, assessing leadership effectiveness and auditing the Human Resources function. She joined MHS Consulting, a multi-million dollar, nationally recognized boutique change management firm, providing human resources and other organization and individual consulting. She then accepted a job as Director of Human Resources and OD at Superior Mobile Medics where she was able to bring her consulting skills in house. She later joined Bitfone Corporation as Director of Global Human Resources where she added recruiting to her skill set, along with performing HR management and OD work. Bitfone was acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2007. Danielle stayed with the new entity, recruiting a new management team, until the transition had been accomplished. She then joined Wentworth Recruiting, bringing a clear vision of how recruiting fits into talent management and other organizational development processes. Danielle spent the first several years with Wentworth first performing and then managing recruiting projects in a wide variety of industries and disciplines. In late 2010, Danielle was promoted to Vice President, Consulting Services, heading our Operations functoin. |
