Jilene began her career in recruiting immediately after graduating from college in 1995. She started as an Account Manager with Culver Personnel where she specialized in recruiting for entry level sales and management positions. She was a "Rookie Quota Buster" and "10K Club" award winner with Culver. She then took on the role of Western Regional Recruiter for Minolta Business Systems where she recruited sales professionals for six West Coast offices. She expanded her experience while working for Merisel Incorporated, filling IT, accounting, marketing, finance and purchasing positions. Since joining Wentworth Recruiting she has recruited for an entertainment non-profit association, aviation services and freight companies, an advertising agency and a chemical distribution company. |
