She has performed searches for municipal government, antenna, optics and electro-optical engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, motion picture, telecommunications, insurance, security (both security services and encryption/decryption), healthcare and Internet companies. She functioned as Wentworth Recruiting acting employment manager for UNOCAL in Houston, Texas.

She has filled construction project management, software development and many other IT jobs, engineering, geology, engineering project management, insurance adjusters, operations managers, art directors and a wide range of marketing and human resources positions.

Prior to Wentworth, she specialized in management assessment and career transition issues.

As Director, Human Resources for Pacific Optical Division of RECON/OPTICAL, she ran the Human Resources Department, participated in establishing management objectives and strategies and worked extensively in Quality Improvement.

Judy was responsible for management training and employee relations at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Previously, she held various HR management positions
at TRW Space and Defense and aerospace peripheral manufacturing companies.
