Karen joined Wentworth after 15 years of recruiting in technical environments. The last 13 years were spent with Volt Service Group, supporting Northrop Grumman. With Volt/Northrop, Karen rose from Senior IT/Technical Recruiter through Recruiting Manager to On-Site Program Manager. Attached to Space & Technology and Mission Systems, Karen managed every aspect of Volt’s delivery of technical personnel to Northrop. Previously a recruiter, she found programmers, software and hardware engineers, designers and drafters for Northrop and other clients. |
