Tina began her recruiting career hiring all levels of individuals for First Interstate Bank. She came to Wentworth in 2008 after 15+ years as a human resources generalist in banking, software and services companies. She has led many staffing initiatives, supporting offices throughout the country. She has also served as both an HR and a staffing consultant. Tina holds a Senior Professinal in Human Resources (SPHR) designation as well as being a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Certified Benefits Professinal (CBP). Since joining Wentworth, she has recruited for healthcare, non-profit, office supply and sales organizations. |
