John Wentworth has been recruiting since 1972, first in the HR departments of Carte Blanche, Mattel and TOSCO, then, since 1984, running his own firm, Wentworth Recruiting.  His focus has been on discovering and institutionalizing recruiting systems that work so consistently and reliably that companies can count on their jobs being filled when they need them filled.  In recent years, John has focused on discovering the most effective ways of integrating recruiting into organizational development, compensation, selection, etc., in an attempt to multiply recruiting’s value to organizations.  Increasingly, Wentworth consultants deliver workforce planning, using analytics and research to deliver the most value possible to their client organizations.
